2. Estimates & Payment

  • All estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit may be required prior to scheduling.

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Emergency cancellations may be subject to a fee if our crew is already en route or on site.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues.

4. Property Access & Responsibility

By scheduling a service, you agree to provide access to the property and ensure pets, vehicles, or obstacles are cleared from the work area.

Ironwood Trees is not responsible for:

  • Underground utilities not properly marked

  • Damage to items not disclosed or visible

  • Weather delays

5. Use of Website

All content on this website is the property of Ironwood Trees and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to breach website security

  • Submit false or misleading information

6. Limitation of Liability
